What's required to start the design process?:
The initial on-site consultation is free of charge
However, to start the creative design process, a 50% non-refundable retainer fee is required. The fee is payable in two phases and is subtracted from your invoice total.
Next Step:
Within ten business days of receiving the fee, you will be emailed sketches.
Design refinement: $300.
This phase starts with customer feedback via a phone call. Subsequently, revised sketches are emailed within five business days. This feedback process is repeated until a unique design that reflects the client’s needs and wants emerges.
How long before delivery?
The nature of creating art is slow, but a very worthwhile wait. Currently, 6-8 weeks from the date of deposit is required to deliver

Hardwoods, reclaimed woods, glass, and metal.
What are your payment terms and payment methods?
50% deposit at the start of the job. 50% balance is due upon satisfactory delivery and installation. DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE AFTER 3 DAY CANCELLATION PERIOD. We accept cash and PayPal.
